The NECIC (North End Community Improvement Collaborative) is presenting their FIRST ANNUAL NORTH END COMMUNITY FESTIVAL!
Come join the fun with rides, games, concessions, live entertainment & much more.
This event will be held in partnership with Downtown Mansfield's Final Friday Classic Car Show and The Visiting Nurses Association/Mansfield Art Center's 3rd Annual Art Around The Block.
